FAQ​
Q. How do memberships work?
A. Our memberships offer a monthly value of services with no long-term commitment after the first three months. You can use the value for your chosen treatments and only pay the difference for upgrades.

Q. What if I can't use my monthly service?
A. Unused services roll over as long as your membership remains active and in good standing. If your membership is canceled, any unused services will expire 60 days after cancellation.

Q. Can I freeze my membership?
A. Yes, you can freeze your membership for up to 6 months per calendar year, but only after completing three full billing cycles.

Q. Can I share my membership with someone?
A. ELITE and VETERAN/SERVICE memberships allow a guest to use your membership benefits up to 4 times per year after 90 days of membership.

Q. Can I accompany my guest?
A. Yes. The guest receives your monthly allotment, while your receive discounted services at your plan's rate.
Q. How does the referral program work?
A. You can earn referral points for every new client your refer: ELITE $20, VETERAN/SERVICE $15, CHOICE $10
Referral credits can be applied toward future services.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept most credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Samsung Pay.
NOTE: A credit card must remain on file for automatic monthly billing on the 1st of each month.​​

*Free treatment(s) must be equal or less than monthly allotment.
