If you want the $100 gift card sent to the person above, select EMAIL. The $50 in free gift cards (two $25 cards) can be picked-up during normal business hours.

However, if the cards need to be shipped, select the USPS-US POSTAL SERVICE $5.99 add-on option. $150 in gift cards will be mailed (one $100 and two $25s).
